FAQ

I don't have a kettlebell at home.
You don't need one. I bring 8 and 12 kg kettlebells to every session. If you want to buy your own later, I'll tell you which weight to get.
I've never exercised. Can I do this?
Lots of people come with that same worry. So everyone starts on the lightest weight. If anything hurts, tell me at the start and I'll swap that move for another one.
How much does it cost?
The Saturday session is free. The full workshop is 8 sessions for Rs 1,600, or Rs 300 if you just want one day (Sample). Pay by eSewa, Khalti or cash, whatever's easy.
